Faulty product

If the product is faulty when removed from the packaging, due to manufacturer faults and not damaged by abuse, Bladez Toyz will gladly offer replacement product under the 30 day warranty period. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us with proof of purchase.  For products outside warranty period, we can offer replacement spare parts.
