Light on charger will not go "ON" when plugged into socket.

Ensure the helicopter is not attached to the AC charger when plugged into socket. Make certain the "ON/OFF" switch on the helicopter is "OFF" and connect the end of the charging cable to the charging socket on the side of the helicopter. (Do not force, it will only accept the connecting plug when it is inserted the correct way round) When plugged into the helicopter the charger light should go "OUT"
