I cannot control the spinning even after adjusting external/internal trims.

This usually occurs when only one rotor is spinning on the helicopter caused by damaged motor or the black grommet clip is positioned to tightly on the axle.  The motor may be damaged from several collisions with furniture and walls during the learning process and needs replacing. WHEN CRASHING, ALWAYS CUT MOTORS BEFORE IMPACT (left hand joystick fully back) AS THIS WILL PREVENT DAMAGE TO MOTORS AND BLADES.  If the motor continues to spin while blades are motionless this will damage the motors. To release the grommet clip, place two fingers underneath the bottom blade, holding onto the top gear cog tightly, lift slightly so there is a 1mm gap between the gear cog and bottom blade (tongue and grove joint).

Grommet is positioned just above the three white washers on the bottom blade.
