My card has been debited but the order is ‘Out of Stock’ and I have not received my product!

Once the order has been accepted the amount is pending on cards until the unit has been despatched.  Your balance statement will show the money is pending but the amount will not be debited until the order has been despatched.  After 30 days if the unit has not been despatched the order will be cancelled and the card amount will no longer be pending.
