Returns and Refunds
Your Statutory Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to return a faulty product:
- Within 30 days: You are entitled to a full refund if the item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
- After 30 days: You are entitled to a repair or replacement. If this fails, you may receive a refund.
These statutory rights apply to all purchases made via Bladez Toyz Ltd and do not affect any additional rights you may have under our policy below.
Returns Within 30 Days of Purchase
If your product develops a fault within 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement.
To process a return:
- Include proof of purchase.
- Return the item with all original packaging and contents.
- Products returned in poor condition or with missing parts may result in a reduced refund or rejection.
Please contact our Sales Team to obtain a Returns Form and RMA number before returning any product.
Returns After 30 Days
If a fault arises after 30 days (but within 6 months), we will offer a repair or replacement. If a repair or replacement is not possible, you may be entitled to a refund.
Please do not return items without contacting us first. You may be eligible for spare parts or support. We will advise based on your statutory rights.
Accessories
Accessories are sold on a non-return basis unless faulty. Faulty accessories can be exchanged within 60 days of purchase, provided:
- They are in new condition and returned with all original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
If an exchange is not available, a credit will be issued.
Returns Procedure
- Contact Bladez Toyz Ltd to obtain a Returns Form and RMA number.
- Returns sent without an RMA number will be rejected and returned to you. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
- Include the completed Returns Form with your item.
- Returns must be received within 7 days of the RMA number being issued.
- Bladez Toyz Ltd is not responsible for returned items until they are received and inspected.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
Recycle Your Old Electrical Toys – WEEE Scheme
If you are buying a new electrical toy, we will recycle an old one.
Why Recycle?
Unwanted electrical equipment is the UK’s fastest growing type of waste. Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances can leak out and cause soil and water contamination – harming wildlife and human health.

We are pleased to offer our customers the chance to recycle their old electrical toys when purchasing a new item from us on a like for like basis. Please contact us for details on how to dispose of your Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE).

To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol:
Please do not dispose of any electrical equipment (including those marked with this symbol) in your general waste bin.
